cream city review is seeking to cultivate a group of interviewers and reviewers eager to support the vibrant local arts community. Working with ccr’s non-fiction section, writers will be asked to review poetry, novels, and other texts or interview artists working within these media. Reviews and interviews developed in conjunction with ccr may be published either online or in the print journal. This is a great opportunity for experienced writers to hone their craft in these genres, and for those with less arts journalism experience to cut their teeth for publication credit.

A workshop will be conducted on Tuesday, Nov. 18 in Learning Commons study room W164 from 6pm-8pm. All who are interested are invited to contact Katharine Monger and Matt Schneider, ccr’s non-fiction editors, at  with queries or to RSVP for the workshop. We welcome all who are interested in getting to know ccr, whatever your experience level. Workshop materials and light refreshment will be provided.
